Poolnet is a mobile-first tool for pool service operators. It handles your route, chemistry logging, photo documentation, service reports, and invoicing — built by someone with 25 years on a route, for the way the work actually happens in the field.
What devices does it work on?
There’s an iPhone app for running your route in the field, plus a web dashboard at dashboard.poolnet.app for managing clients, billing, and settings from a computer.
How do I move my existing clients over?
The web dashboard has a client import tool. Download the spreadsheet template, fill in your client list, and upload it — everyone gets added at once so you’re not retyping your whole book. If you’d rather we help with the import, email us your list and we’ll get you sorted.
Billing & plans
How much does Poolnet cost?
Solo is $35/month and includes up to 60 active clients, with each additional active client at $1/month. Teams is $35 per technician per month, with the same 60-client allowance per tech. See the pricing section for the full breakdown.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every account starts with a 30-day free trial so you can run your real route before paying for anything.
What counts as an “active” client?
Only clients you’re actively servicing count toward your total. Archive a client when you stop servicing them and they no longer count — so seasonal drop-offs don’t cost you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can manage your subscription from the dashboard, or email us and we’ll take care of it.
Out on the route
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Poolnet is offline-first — log stops, readings, and photos with no connection at all. Everything you do is saved on your phone and syncs automatically the moment you’re back on data or wifi. A dead spot in a client’s backyard won’t lose your work.
How do clients get their service reports?
When you mark a stop complete, Poolnet can email the client a service report automatically — readings, any photos you took, and the local weather for the visit. It looks professional without you writing a thing.
What is the LSI calculator?
As you log readings, Poolnet calculates the water’s LSI (Langelier Saturation Index) balance so you can see at a glance whether the water is balanced, scaling, or corrosive — and catch a problem before it costs your client a heater.
Teams
How do I add a technician?
On a Teams plan you generate an invite code for each tech. They install the app, enter the code, and they’re on your account with their own route and schedule. Each technician seat adds $35/month and its own 60-client allowance.
Account & data
I forgot my password — what now?
Open the Poolnet mobile app and tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen — we’ll email you a secure reset link. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam, then reach out and we’ll help.
Is my data secure and backed up?
Your data is stored securely in the cloud and synced from your phone, so it’s safe even if your device isn’t. Only your account can see your clients and records.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@poolnet.app from the address on your account and we’ll permanently delete your account and its data for you.
Still need a hand?
Send us a note — a real person who knows pools (and the app) will get back to you.
